Executive Performance believes coaching is a collaborative, results oriented and systematic process in which the coach facilitates the performance, learning and development of another to enhance their work performance. It is about unlocking a person’s potential to maximise success - helping them to learn rather than teaching them. Experience shows that individuals feel able to tackle bigger challenges with greater confidence and impact, achieving enhanced business success.

Quality coaching is undertaken by appropriately experienced and qualified individuals that approach the provision of service in a professional and structured way. The integrity of Executive Performance’s approach can be demonstrated by:

  • Coaches have considerable business experience and possess or are working towards formal coaching qualifications which are accredited by Middlesex University.
  • Coaches receive on-going supervision from a qualified coach.
  • Coaches have an extensive set of coaching tools and techniques that can be adapted and used flexibly in different situations with different clients. Whilst leadership and enhanced business performance is at the core of the coaching approach, our coaches draw on a wide range of theoretical backgrounds, including organisational theory, psychology, psychometrics, learning and counselling.
  • All coaches are members of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and subscribe to the EMCC Code of Ethics (see www.emccouncil.org )
  • Executive Performance takes the provision of its services very seriously and has professional indemnity insurance.
