Executive Performance believes that enhanced business success can be achieved by the adoption of a strong, inspirational and effective leadership approach.
The Council for Excellence in Management and Leadership highlighted that in the UK, there is a huge deficit in leadership skills at all levels and in all occupations. The Government has identified an urgent need to create a coherent strategy for leadership development at national and organisational levels.
To achieve this Executive Performance offers leadership development programmes; senior team facilitation; supporting the creation of leadership strategies– all underpinned with tailored one-to-one support to embed and deliver a positive and sustained impact on performance results.
Our Leadership Development Programme uses the twin-track approach of high quality theoretical and practical/observational training, coupled with one-to-one coaching. This allows participants to achieve a greater focus, provide fine-tuning of their understanding and implementation of leadership. Run over two days, this course is offered on an open programme or in-house basis - which can be tailored to client's needs.
Executive Performance have experience of developing and implementing leadership strategies and programmes within organisations, and are able to help senior teams improve the effectiveness of their leadership approach, and create and embed a set of behaviours that will transform the culture and effectiveness of their business.
